Todd,

I wanted to thank you and your Dad and wife for your excellent job on our
fireplace.  Your dedication to doing a job well is appreciated more than I
can tell you.  Not only the great job you did on the project, but your care
of the room and the clean up job was excellent.  I am also sorry that you
ran into the problem with the construction around the fireplace in the attic
-- we knew nothing about what was wrong up there or we would have told you
about it beforehand.  You took care of it in a very professional way, and we
thank you for that.  The terrible fire on South 63 on Wednesday made me
think about how very lucky we are that you found our structural problem up
there and took care of it.  We will be recommending you to other people, and
are happy to have met you and your family."

I just wanted to say another thank you for all your work installing our wood stove this past week.  I was so excited to get home to a warm house - about 75 on the main level, 72 in our bedroom!  I even had a warm house this morning, about 72 when i got up and stoked up the fire again!  You guys did tremendous work, and Rhonda and I really appreciate it.  You were not only great at your job but also very easy to have in our house, it's hard to find people you can trust in your house and especially with your wife and kids there, but you definitely were easy to trust!  If ever you need a reference please give my name and phone number, I'd love to recommend your company!  If ever you need help with wall coverings or the like I'd be glad to do some of that as well!"

"We would like to comment on the excellent workmanship and service we received from A+ Chinmey Svcs in Rolla, Mo.  We found A+ on Rolla Net and having credentials as a firefighter we felt this was the person to contact.  We received an immediate response to set up an appointment.  Todd came and did an excellent job of cleaning our flue and informed us we would need a new pipe for our wood stove and also a grate for the stove.

 

In a timely and efficient manner he ordered the parts and the pipe.  He returned to our home and completed installation.  We were very impressed with his workmanship.  Todd is a perfectionist in how he does his work and there was also no mess to clean up anywhere, which was important to me.  We are very satisfied with his work and will highly recommend him to anyone to have their flues inspected and cleaned.

 

He is  personable, polite and professional.  We are very pleased that we selected him to do the work for us and plan to have him inspect our flue on a yearly basis."
